What we collect
- Your name, email, and password (stored hashed by our sign-in provider).
- Your business details, including TIN and RDO, and the records you enter: sales, expenses, customers, suppliers, products.
- Receipt photos, voice notes, and messages you send to the assistant.
Why
Only to keep your books, prepare your reports and tax figures, and send reminders you can turn off. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores your account and records.
- Google's Gemini API reads messages, photos, and voice notes you send to the assistant, only to answer that request. We send only what the request needs and no TIN unless the task needs it.
- People you invite to your business can see its books.
Your rights
You can view, correct, and download your data from Settings, and delete your business at any time. Accounting rules require that posted entries are corrected rather than erased while a business exists.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Each business's records are only reachable by its members.
